Main features:
·Designed for shaping aluminum composite (sandwich) materials (ACM) with a 108° angled flat bottom V-groove. The routing V-grooves, aluminum cover and part of the polyethylene core were removed, allowing the remaining material to be folded/creased by hand. Ideal for wall panel manufacturing.
·ACM is widely used to clad many different exterior and interior applications such as office buildings, hospitals, conference centers, airports and hotels. The material's long-lasting durability makes it an excellent choice for buildings, signage, displays, and more
·Specially designed milling cutters are used to route V-shaped grooves in the above materials for easy bending without cracking the bend area.
·Route wiring within 0.8 mm of the bottom of the composite panel to achieve a clean bend/radius. The routing V-grooves, aluminum cover and part of the polyethylene core were removed, allowing the remaining material to be folded by hand. Ideal for wall panel manufacturing.
