Instruction for tool operation
1. The knives of this brand are designed for professional users according to different materials. They are mainly divided into five categories:
particle board, MDF, solid wood, acrylic and artificial stone.
Choose different knives for the material to achieve the best cutting effect and durability, and avoid the knives from being twisted due to
excessive pressure. All knives are designed to rotate clockwise.
2.All the knives have passed the balance test when the production is completed to ensure that there is no doubt about radial jump.
In order to ensure that the cutters do not swing and jump during use again, please pay attention to the selection and equipment and
excellent jackets.
3.The jacket must be of a suitable size. If it is found that the jacket is not round enough or worn out, it will cause the jacket to be unable to
clamp the tool normally and correctly. Please replace the jacket with a standard specification immediately to avoid Under the high-speed
rotation of the tool, the shank vibrates, and there is a danger of flying off or twisting off.
4.The installation of the tool handle should be in accordance with EU regulations, for example, the clamping depth of a 12.7m shank diameter
must reach 24m, so as to maintain the proper pressure bearing range of the tool handle.
5. Speed setting:
The tool with a larger outer diameter should be set according to the following speed table, and it should be advanced slowly to maintain
a uniform advancing speed. Do not stop the advancing action during the cutting process.
6.When the knife is blunt, please replace it with a new one, and do not continue to use it to avoid knife breakage and work-related accidents.
7.When using a tool, please use a tool with a blade length longer than the work object. For example, if you want to mill a groove with
a depth of 12.7, please use a tool with a blade length of 25.4mm, and avoid using a tool with a blade length of 12.7mm or less than 12.7mm.
8. When operating and processing, users are required to wear safety glasses and safety push handles. When using desktop machines and
equipment, anti-rebound devices are also required to avoid accidents caused by the rebound of the work object during high-speed cutting
